South Bay Multi Sport Spring Smashfest
We are back!
2017 we launched our Summer Smashfest and the results were smashing. We are back this Spring for another intercession intensive 2 week training block to get you ready for the 2018 race season.
When: Kick off is Monday, March 19 and we conclude on March 31.
Time: We are taking advantage of our kids being on school break and we start daily at 6 am, Monday through Friday. Saturday workout starts will be at 7 am.
What: We will include 6 days of training per week that are customized to your ability. We will swim, bike, run and strength train to get you to your best race day results.
Cost: FREE to current paid athletes of South Bay Multi Sport and Fil Am Tri Club. All others, please indicate on the sign up form and we'll go over a payment plan with you.
Schedule: We want to build out our schedule based on the athletes who register to ensure we are meeting individual needs. However, you can expect 3 swims, 4 runs and 3 bikes per week. We will also include functional strength training with guest coaches.
